At Madison Island, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return an item. Our returns policy, outlined below, is designed to make this process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Return Period
You can return any item purchased on Madison Island within 30 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. They should be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Shoes and accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Items from the same order must be returned in one shipment for efficiency and environmental considerations.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable. These include:
- Underwear
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
- Face masks
- Earrings
Return Process

To initiate a return, please log in to your Madison Island account, go to 'My Orders', select the order you wish to return, and click on 'Request a Return'.

Follow the instructions to complete the return request. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.

Send the package using the prepaid return label provided in the confirmation email.
Please note: It may take up to two weeks for your return package to reach us. Once we receive your return, we will promptly process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
International Returns
For customers outside of the AMER region, please contact our customer service team at support@madisonisland.com for specific instructions on how to return items from your country.
