At Madison Island, we love to treat our customers with special discounts and promotional offers. However, to ensure a fair and smooth shopping experience, we have certain guidelines around the usage of discount codes and coupons. Please refer to the following information to understand our policy.

Application of Offer Codes

All offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs. They are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.

To use an offer code, it must be entered in the designated field at checkout within the provided timeframe. Any codes entered outside these values or after the order has been placed will not be accepted by the site.

Restrictions on Discounts

Unless otherwise stated, discounts:

1. Cannot be applied toward reduced-price items: Any items that are already on sale or displaying "Was" and "Now" prices are excluded from further discounts.

2. Cannot be combined: Only one offer can be applied to any order. If you have multiple codes, we recommend using the one that provides the most savings for your current purchase and saving the others for future orders.

3. Cannot be applied toward Multibuy cards: Discounts are not applicable on Multibuy cards. These cards offer their own separate value and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Are not applicable on Experience Days: Our Experience Days are specially curated events and are priced as standalone offerings. They are not eligible for discounts.

Changes to Discounts

Please note that Madison Island reserves the right to amend or withdraw discounts at any time. If a discount is withdrawn, it will no longer be valid for use on future orders.
